Dangerous product
Please don't buy this product. The glass on mine exploded leaving glass everywhere. I have informed cooke and lewis and they don't care. This product should not be foe sale. Luckily no one was In my kitchen when this happened.

Dangerous. Glass Exploded!
Bought and installed 3 years ago. Last week the glass suddenly exploded into smithereens with such force that it’s taken divots out of my floor and cabinet doors! Would have caused serious injury to anyone stood near it! Do not buy. Product should be removed from sale!

Looks good, shame it doesn't work!
Bought this product a few weeks ago, had and electrician fit a week ago, already have problems with the fan struggling to work. If it has to be replaced it means paying to have it removed and a new one installed. Not at all impressed.

Mixed bag
Good things include overall design and the fact that the glass hood part is separate which makes installation a lot easier.
Poor aspects are:-
Poor instructions. Installation could be a lot easier if they simply provided a paper template to enable the supporting six screws to be positioned quickly and accurately. Also the main support is provided by two key screws which project through “keyhole” slots in the main body. This doesn’t provide any means of fine adjustment to level it off so your drilling has to be spot-on ☹️. The chimney has a main body and a shorter inner section to permit closing the gap to the ceiling. This is good but the problem is that the lower main section sits in a “crevice” which means that you can’t insert the entire length in one go. You have to lower the upper section slightly within the lower section to provide clearance of the ceiling. When its in its final vertical position you must raise the inner section to the ceiling. Problem is the inner section has a tendency to slide down out of reach. The solution is to put a screw through the predrilled hole at the top of the inner section to prevent it sliding down too far.
Apart from that just the normal DIY issues. Oh! The lamp light is rubbish. Fit a more powerful one!
